Outside work, he loves travelling, staying active in the gym, and discovering great restaurants, bringing that same energy and enthusiasm to supporting every client.

Richard has worked in financial services since 2003, gaining valuable experience across banking, loans, insurance, and mortgage advice. He is committed to helping clients understand their options clearly and confidently, providing whole-of-market guidance throughout. Outside work, he enjoys time with his wife and two children and early morning walks, often joined by Koda, the family’s rescue dog, exploring together outdoors.

Rob began his career in 2003 with an IFA firm and later managed a city centre broker business. Over the last 15 years, he has worked with estate agents and whole-of-market firms before helping to establish View Finance in 2018. A Leeds United and Warwickshire fan too, he enjoys sport, reading about it, and spending quality time with his family.

With over 25 years in financial services, Matt provides friendly, personal support to clients, whether their mortgage needs are simple or complex. Known for finding solutions even when others can’t, he guides clients confidently through the entire process. Away from work, he enjoys the gym, relaxed family time, walking Molly, and cheering his children on at football and rugby matches.

Russll has worked in the mortgage industry since 1995, bringing over 30 years of experience helping clients secure the right mortgage, whether straightforward or complex. If it’s possible, he will find a way. Outside work, he is passionate about Cornish Pilot Gig Rowing, proudly competing locally, and coaching youth football, showing the same dedication and determination in everything he does.

With over 20 years in financial services, Trevor delivers expert guidance and mortgage advice, especially for First Time Buyers, Buy to Let and Limited Company clients. He is dedicated to exceeding expectations and finding the ideal solution. Outside work, he enjoys travelling, gardening, and spending time with his family and four dogs. He appeared on A Place In The Sun.

After 25 years in automotive management, Jason moved into mortgages and has made an impact helping clients find the right solutions, no matter how complex. He enjoys talking with clients and using his finance experience to support their goals. Outside work, he loves sport and laughs about being an Aston Villa fan, a challenge his colleagues enjoy teasing him about.

With nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, Caroline specialises in guiding clients through mortgages and protection with care, clarity, and confidence. She removes stress by explaining every step in plain English and supporting clients from first conversation to completion and beyond. Outside work, she enjoys the gym, family time with Matt and their children, and walks with Molly.

Georgette recently joined the team after 25 years with Santander, working in roles including personal banking, loan arranging and mortgage advice. Passionate about helping people, she works tirelessly to find the right deal and best outcome for every client. Outside work, she enjoys family time, going to the gym, and jetting off for beach holidays whenever she gets the chance.

Dawn has worked in the finance industry for several years and has excellent knowledge of the mortgage administration process. Her attention to detail and supportive nature help keep everything running smoothly, including training other administrators. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing at her holiday home, spending time with family, enjoying peaceful breaks, and appreciating time outdoors away from work.

Bev has many years of experience in mortgage administration, known for her reliable approach and attention to detail. She plays a key role in keeping cases progressing smoothly behind the scenes and supporting the team. Away from the office, she enjoys time with her young child, loves sports cars, and brings a cheeky sense of humour that keeps everyone smiling.

Often the first friendly voice clients hear, Megan helps everything run smoothly behind the scenes and looks after the company’s social media presence. Her warm, approachable nature ensures a positive experience for clients and the team.
